Assembling of LED TV sets

• Testing RF input using five circular chart signal, color bar signal ,the gray scale signal and Philip signal.
• Audio Video inspection using DVD AV signal, required image clarity, color , no dithering no flying color , motion picture fluency, picture without interference. Background noise –free access to the audio signal.
• Minimum 60 min Aging
• Inspection of HDMI port using DVD’s HDMI port is connected 480 I/P – 60 hz. , 1080 I – 50/60 Hz, images, sounds should be normal
